The face.

Ya’ll, I am so glad you have made it to this page. I love getting to know my clients and I love when they can get to know their photog a bit better, too. So hey! I am the face behind the camera, this brand~ I’m Kelsea!

I have been in the biz since 2007. Photographing hundreds of brides, families, those senior portraits and so much more. I am a woman of variety haha and I love being able to have that opportunity for new and existing clients with me! I know how important it is to find the right fit for your special moments.

I am a candid happy photog and my hour is the when the sun sets ~ golden hour. It’s where the magic truly happens and the colors are just so perfectly blended like art in the sky.

I love rich greens, golden flare, & beautiful natural light with a slight moody edge. Most of all, I love story telling.

What’s her story.

I am a mama of four beautiful and smart kids who truly are the center of my universe, partner of my fave police officer this side of Tennessee (or really any side), & a dog mama to my two fur babies Ares + Elton John.

If I am not photographing a fam, I am usually found at a coffee shop with a frothy latter in my hand, walking around town with my wild bunch, or eating something extremely spicy at home while watching Sons of Anarchy for the millionth time. There is no in between over here lol.

On top of the amazing success photography as brought me, I started a picnic business back in 2020 - Picnic in the Park Co which has been such a hit for anyone visiting the area! I have learned so much about myself by stepping out of my box a bit and trying something new. I have dove into the entrepreneurial world a bit more and I have fallen in l o v e.

So photographer, picnic stylist, what’s next? I am trying to hone in on my work and really put my eggs in all those baskets so I’m constantly growing for my clients and putting out amazing work and giving it right back into it. I plan to blog a lot more in 2023. This is going to be a space for anyone to get inspired or learn a bit more about the beautiful moments I get to capture.

Life updates- In July we went to South Dakota and it was AMAZING. Our daughters + their oldest brother got to see the reservation their grandmother was from, learn more about their Native American heritage, and explore monuments. What. An, Experience.
